No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, with a $250 fine plus cleaning costs for violations. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am, with a $200 fine for violations. The condominium association has a strict no-pets policy, except for ADA-compliant service dogs. No parties or events are allowed, with a $500 fine for violations. Travelers must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation.
