    What the owner loves about this home
    I love the open floor plan, the vaulted ceilings and all the sunlight that bathes the main living area. I also love the decks and being right off the park, and to walk in that park. It makes keeping a habit of walking everyday easy to do. I love the privacy - beyond our yard there's a small stream and then an expanse of grassy area that our HOA owns, and THEN the Park's walking trail. Living upstairs we never need to close the blinds! And I love the large hall from the entry - plenty of room for my many bookshelves. I also love its location beyond the park. The Village of Flat Rock is adorable, and the town of Hendersonville is friendly and very accessible - not so much traffic, like Asheville.
