This unit is less than 500 sq.ft. with 2 rooms and a bathroom. There is only one on-site parking space allocated for this unit. Therefore, we are looking for one occupant. Interior recently updated and painted with new carpeting. Washer/Dryer shared onsite. Shared WiFi included. Utilities and WiFi are prorated based on unit occupancy. If one occupant, it is $70/mo. One year lease minimum. Available July 1 or perhaps earlier.
