The original 1872 Ephraim City Hall and Jail. As one of the first permanent pioneer structures in Sanpete Country, this historic gem was built using hand carved Oolite limestone bricks from the same quarry that would later produce the Manti Temple. Meticulously restored by a professional historian and engineer, this southwest treasure features three levels, including three unique bedrooms, two living quarters, a full kitchen, and restored bathrooms which were completed with the use of historic regional pieces. The highlight for the true enthusiast will plainly be the restored jail cells below. This has operated as both a wild west museum and AirBnB, with visitors coming from around the world.
