*** both tiny house and cabin are unfinished inside and alittle on the outsides. might be able to tell from pictures. mostly trim work and finishing some wall spaces. Tiny house is currently serviced with 65 amps of electricity to serve whole house. plumber directly from water line and connected to sewer line shared by cabin. Cabin is not on a traditional foundation. it is on concrete pillars that do not go down to frost line. For funding purposes, it can't be included as a House, just another structure with running water and well insulated.
THEREFORE, housing is sold "As-Is". even tho I try to work on finishing. ***

What the owner loves about this home
The Mountain ! Mt Diamond and the whole range is beautiful with her winter coat on. It was our favorite time of the year. Our "forever" home was going to have a wide porch and several view window so we could see her all the time.
How quiet it is all the time. Occasional barking dogs down the road or the dirt bikes in the gravel pit, but they never stay long.
Tolerable summer temps ! to date it has not gotten over 100 since records started being kept. Avg summer temps range from mid 70's to low 90's.
winter is more cold than snowy but it can dump the white stuff. teens/twenties are typical but can get below zero. the wood stove heats up the cabin wonderfully.
town population about 650.
NO traffic light in the whole county.
Historic town.
wild rabbits on the property - they're all "little bunny foo-foo's " to me .
the STARS at night.
low cost of living here.
why leave ?? my husband is gone and it hurts too much to stay.
