All waste must be picked up before checkout, and pets must be on a leash when outside the property. No cats are allowed. A $150 cleaning fee applies if these rules are not followed. Smoking or vaping inside the home is not permitted, and a $200 cleaning fee will be applied if signs of smoking are found indoors. If personal items are left behind, a $45 handling fee applies for return shipping, in addition to the actual shipping cost.
