We are looking to rent 2-4 months from Sept through December only. We are going on a trip and hoping to rent out our fully furnished house while we are gone. The house is located on a quiet couldesac with backyard privacy. Paint has been updated since the photos from browns to greys and the cabinets have been painted white. It also has a new covered patio, new couch and new dining room table since the photos as well. Beautiful spacious home great for a family that is between houses for a few months We will give a flat amount for utilities based on number of people and usage last year in the same season. No smoking. Animals over 2 years old okay. This is a temporary Rental so perfect for someone between houses. Will come furnished and is perfect for small children. We do have a hot tub and will want to know if they intend to use it or not.
