Bedroom 2 (Smallest Room) Perfect for kids or extra guests, this room includes a twin bunk bed and a spacious closet.
Bedroom 3 A queen-size retreat with a dresser, closet, and 40" Smart TV for relaxing nights in.
Master Bedroom A spacious and serene suite with a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, dresser for storage, as well as a large walk-in closet for additional convenience. Enjoy ocean views right from the bed in this beautiful master suite.

This home features 3.5 stylish bathrooms, thoughtfully placed for both convenience and comfort.
Master Ensuite A full private bath located within the master bedroom.

OUTSIDE SPACE
The outside space of the home features a fully fenced in yard perfect for the dogs, two large decks with stunning ocean views and a gas grill for family barbecues, and of course the Maine ocean just steps away.
All utilities included. $3,000 refundable security deposit, $250 nonrefundable pet deposit, $450 cleaning fee. Minimum 30-day lease.
Applicant must have current photo identification and a valid social security number.
Applicant's monthly household income must exceed 2.5x the rent. All income must be from a verifiable source. Unverifiable income will not be considered.
Applicants must receive positive references from all previous landlords for the previous 5 years.
Applicant may not have any evictions or unpaid judgments from previous landlords. Applicant must exhibit a responsible financial life.
Credit score must be a minimum of 600.
A background check will be conducted on all applicants over 18. Applicant's background must exhibit a pattern of responsibility.
Applicant must be a non-smoker.
Renters insurance required.
Move in ready. All appliances and furniture is included.
A utilities allowance of $400/month is included, excess is paid by the tenant.
