The house has a large yard and is located near the base of Sebago Lake in beautiful area with recreational trails bordering property leading to a park. 30 minute drive to Portland and Scarborough. 15 minutes to Gorham Windam and Westbrook. All utilities included with on site laundry and wifi. Shared kitchen, dinning room, and 2 living rooms downstairs. I live upstairs. I am a male in my late 30s working in health care. I work mostly in the evenings. I am easy going as long as you always pay rent on time and are respectful of property and clean up after yourself.
