The property is gorgeous and has a lot of potential to upgraded into something more with someone with a vision. It is situated on a double lot that is conveniently located to shopping and the interstate. We had a new roof put on  and also installed a BDry  system in the basement and a water softener. I also did some painting. Most of the boards were replaced on the deck and the carport was redone in wood. It would be super simple to extend another living area there or an outdoor kitchen. The neighbors are great and super quite which is a plus. I love the breezeway on the side as that is where I enjoy my coffee and listen to the birds in the morning. This was our first house together and where we had our wedding as it is sentimental for us.  I hope someone can appreciate it as much as we have and take care of it.
