2 bed, 2 bath manufactured home in a beautiful park-like mobile home community, conveniently located very near schools, parks, a hospital and medical complex, and local shopping. The forced air furnace heats the home very well, and there is also a wood burning stove, and an evaporative cooler to keep cool in the summer, as well as ceiling fans in both the kitchen and living room. All appliances are included, as well as much of the furniture if the buyer wishes to keep any of it. The yard has several mature shade trees, a raised bed garden space, a raspberry/strawberry patch, and a large storage shed. Both the home and shed have low-maintenance vinyl siding and asphalt shingle roofing. The back entrance has a newer porch, and the front entrance has a small deck large enough for 2 or 3 patio chairs and a BBQ. The concrete parking pad is large enough to fit two vehicles off-street, and at least two more can be parked on the street. The Mill Hollow community is a very well-kept park, with a playground and basketball court, and all of our neighbors are wonderful! We have loved living here and we know that you will too. Please note that this home is located in a manufactured home community and before a sale can be finalized, the prospective owner must apply to be accepted into the Mill Hollow Community (really just a formality). Lot rent in the community is $467 and owner/tenant must pay for sewer, water and garbage collection.
What the owner loves about this home
Besides the curb appeal that initially drew us to the home, my wife FELL IN LOVE with the kitchen. It sits at the very front of the house with a large window that makes the kitchen very bright and cheerful. The kitchen is open to the adjacent living area, with the brick woodstove area between the two. The little breakfast nook/desk area has worked perfectly for remote working. We also fell in love with the large tub/shower, ample counter space, and unique lighting in the master suite bathroom. We have really loved living here. The home is comfortable, the yard is enjoyable, the community is beautiful and well maintained, and all our neighbors are wonderful. We're sure you will enjoy it just as much as we have.
