    Great location! 2 bed 1.5 bath, big garage with a storage loft. Washer / dryer hook ups. House is available November 9th and currently occuplied. Please do not disturb tenants. Accepting applications now so we can set up viewings due to Covid. This is a duplex, the house is right up against open space so the backyard feels huge and is beautiful during the winter snows. House is rented unfurnished, apologies for the belongings in the photos. We are open to pets, there is a pet rent for dogs / cats. Tons of additional street parking, can see the area from the view from the front door photo. Huge dead end street at the bottom of our hill (to the right when looking at the photo), the neighbors have set up a basketball hoop but everyone regularly has guests park there, tons of space. Hood River is an outdoor adventureland! This house is 7 minutes from the beach, kiting, windsurfing and paddle boarding. It is 45 minutes from skiing at Mt. Hood and there are tons of biking / running trails in our backyard. My husband regularly bikes up to Post Canyon but when he doesn't feel like an uphill ride I drive him and it takes 20 minutes. 5 minute drive to Walmart or Safeway which has been wonderful on snowy winter days when you need to make a quick run to the store. We aren't cross country skiiers but we have seen people skiing on the running trails at the end of the street during the winter. House Available Nov 9th, if needed sooner we can try to work with you. Tenant pays utilites. Pets are ok, there is a monthly pet rent. Washer / dryer hook up. No AC. Garage but also tons of additional street parking.
