We're proud to share our wonderful new guesthouse with you. The views of the mountains are spectacular and you're just a four block (9 minute) walk to State Street and downtown Santa Barbara. There are so many excellent restaurants, bars & shops literally minutes away. There are also world class music venues, museums & theaters just a short walk from the guesthouse. The property is fully fenced with an off street driveway for parking one car. Plenty of free street parking off the driveway as well. Additionally, our Guesthouse was previously available on airBNB and we received over 100 5-star ratings and were awarded "Superhost" and "Guest Favorite" status.
Also, we're just a 7-minute drive to several beaches and the great restaurants, shops and art shows located beside the ocean along Cabrillo Blvd.

We are in downtown Santa Barbara just a few blocks to State St., The Arlington and Granada Theaters, shopping, restaurants, bars, museums, the Santa Barbara Courthouse and much, much more.
Our Guesthouse:
Our new 3 bedroom (or also used as two bedrooms and an office), one large, double sink bathroom, upstairs guest house has a large, private deck/balcony with photo worthy views of downtown Santa Barbara and the Santa Ynez Mountain range. Two of the bedrooms have business desks. The balcony is large enough to enjoy the views with an outdoor cup of coffee, glass of wine or any meal. There is also a privacy fence surrounding the entire complex. There is a driveway for one car and free parking is also plentiful on the street where the driveway is located. If you are not parked in the driveway, it is important to note that street cleaning is on Thursdays between 9:00 am and Noon and the city does give tickets.
The guest house is a stand alone building behind our home and above our garage on the 2nd floor. Private entrance for guesthouse. There are 16 steps to the large balcony where the guesthouse entrance is located. In order to enter the guesthouse, you will exit your car and proceed to the gate on the right of the driveway.
The living room has beautiful views and features a 55" 4K Roku Smart TV to help you relax. A complimentary HULU account is available for use during your stay for watching television, news, movies and sports. Feel free to bring your own subscriptions for watching Netflix, Disney, HBO and others on the Roku TV. The apartment features fast internet speeds and can easily handle 4k streaming.
The kitchen is spacious with gorgeous views and is fully stocked with everything you need to cook or bake a delicious meal. All new appliances include a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker, blender, silverware, glasses, etc. Coffee is provided.
The primary bedroom features a King bed with paned windows with views of a large, wonderful old California Oak tree. It also has a large closet with luggage rack and dresser and a work area with desk and chair.
The second bedroom features a full-sized bed, paned windows and Oak tree views as well. It also has a closet and luggage rack.
There is also an additional office/bedroom with a twin-sized trundle bed, closet with small dresser and luggage rack and Oak tree views. It also has a desk and chair workspace.
All bedrooms include luxurious 100% cotton linens, closets, ceiling fan and easy to use blinds.
The bathroom is a full bathroom with vanity and two sinks, a tub/shower combo w/ window, large, shelved closet and separate toilet room. The bathroom features plush towels and plenty of drawers and storage space.
Please be courteous to our neighbors. No outdoor noise after 10 pm. We enforce a strict no parties or loud noises policy.
The trash service comes early on Thursdays (usually before 8:30 am). The trash service will automatically pick up the trash from the various trash cans located to the left of the driveway.
The gardener usually comes on Monday afternoons.
Minimum of three month lease but ideally longer with right tenants. All utilities included. No smoking allowed. Laundry on site in garage. One parking spot in guesthouse's driveway included. Plenty of free street parking available off guesthouse driveway.
