Steel roof, stained concrete floors, beautiful tile, updated bathrooms & Pella Windows were also done in 2016. There is a heated Morton building complete with laundry and a bathroom. The driveway is paved all the way to the river with our own boat launch. Electric and water are both available at the Riverfront for campers to be parked. All appliances stay and furnishings are negotiable.
