Renting out a basement in my townhouse! Its an 800 sq foot space that is fully furnished which includes a king size bed, a sofa, a coffee table, an L shaped desk with a wide seat chair and a lamp, a mini fridge, a shark vacuum, a custom made coat rack, a tv but it's on the smaller side so if you'd like to bring your own feel more then welcome too :) there is also a washer and dryer hook up in the basement which I'll be getting a new washer and dryer for the room only for you to use, but until then we have a washer and dryer on the top floor which we all use :) There's a walk in closet with tons of space, some shelving at the end of the hallway for more storage and your own private bathroom with even more shelving. You will also have access to the back yard as well. The shared spaces include the kitchen, dining room and living room. Which you are free to use any kitchen appliances/dishes you may need, the living room is very open and airy lot of natural lighting. I do have a cat that loves being in everyone's business so hopefully you like cats lol if interested in the room I'm more then happy to message you photos of the shared spaces privately. There's also 2 of us currently living here, we're on the top floor and you'd be on the bottom floor and have it all to yourself. The main floor is we're all shared spaces are :) The shortest term I would do is 6 months longest is a year but you can always resign the lease to do another year:) You'll have your own parking spot out front, I'd prefer if you didn't smoke, vaping is fine though. You're responsible for cleaning up after yourself. I like to keep the shared spaces pretty clean.

We are both in our twenties and are chill people who for the most part keep to ourselves but love a good conversation.
