We are looking for someone to take over our 1-year lease on our very nice 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom single family home starting March 13 and ending November 27, 2022. We are leaving it as we will be moving to another part of CA. It has a garden with a lemon tree and two raised beds. The washer and dryer are brand new Samsung and most other appliances are new or well maintained. It can be rented partially furnished or empty. The house was renovated by the landlord just a year ago, including a new heating system. The basement has two large rooms, it is finished and can be used for living purposes. One room does not have a door yet, but a retrofit has already been requested and can be done if needed. There is room for one car on the side of the house, but there is plenty of free parking on the street. Bart is only 0.6 miles away and has plenty of shopping nearby (Pak n Go, Target, Ikea, Bay Street, etc). You can hop on the F bus and go directly to the Embarcadero in SF. Emeryville has a lot to offer from biking to shopping (Bay Street). Rent is excluding utilities 3,800 per month and since you are taking over our 1-year lease it would end on November 27, 2022. You rarely get so much space for the rent. In the rooms in the basement, you can indulge in your hobby, create a comfortable guest room or use it as a bedroom. Utilities are paid by the tenant except for water and garbage. The earliest move-in date is March 13, later is possible.
