Hello! My roommate and I are looking for a roommate to sublease the third bedroom in our townhouse in Fremont. The space is the biggest of the three rooms, and comes with its own bathroom. Lease term: Room is available now as of October 24th. Lease continues until the end of August with option to renew. Location: We are in north Fremont, walking distance to a grocery store, a park and many places to eat. We are a short walk away from several bus lines and have very easy access to 99--we are in an excellent location to enjoy the city but come home to a beautiful, quiet neighborhood! About the house: We have a washer + dryer Fully furnished living room with TV, couches, rugs, fireplace, etc. (bedroom is NOT furnished!) Street parking available No pets :/ sorry About the room: Available room is 10x12 - can fit a queen size bed and desk and has a closet. It also has a gas fireplace Ensuite bathroom has a tub/shower House and room have many big windows that let in lots of light! Attached are current photos of the living room and available bedroom.
