This home has been a beautiful starter for us. We would love to stay but our family is growing and we need more room. The location is favorable, about 10 minutes from each of the other QCs. It’s on a quiet street with mostly retired friendly neighbors you will come to love as we have. There are lots of schools and churches close by. We love the pancake house at the end of the street and Rose at the CU mart a street over is a delight. They have everything you need in a pinch. The bathroom is newly remodeled and has a rainfall shower head. Flooring in the kitchen and one of the bedrooms are new. Windows were replaced when sold to us two years ago and during our inspection the house and both garages were treated. The kitchen appliances are only a few years old and the front door has a ring doorbell system.
