Smoking of any kind is prohibited, and deodorizing fees start at $500 if smoke is detected. Noise complaints result in immediate police contact and forfeiture of the security deposit. The Nest thermostats are locked within specific temperature ranges. Candles are for decoration only and should not be lit.
