Our place is an amazing upgraded top of the line single family home that we have put a lot of love and effort into making it perfect for all families. We did not skip a detail and expense when we decorated and furnished the place. We live in a 24/7 gated community with a guardhouse named Flagstaff Ranch. Our home sleeps up to 10 comfortably if you ever needed to invite some friends or family over. We are located on the picturesque 4th tee of a nationally acclaimed golf course. Our home is fully furnished with a king, 2 queens, and a room with a set of twin beds. We have a full front loading washer/dryer, oversized 2 car garage and every piece of furniture you could want. Smart TVs throughout the house and we have beautiful stainless steel appliances and gas stove and amazing dishwasher. Our back porch is for hanging out as we have a propane barbecue for grilling and a propane fire pit to enjoy at night. There is also a table to enjoy a meal and a comfortable rocker and chairs. We have a Trane central air conditioner and furnace as well. Our amenities include heated pool, jacuzzi, tennis court, pickleball courts, fitness center, basketball court, full restaurant and bar and much more. You will have access to the fitness center, and other facilities if you choose. There is a one time fee involved if you choose to use the facilities. The house has linens (extra sets) for each bed and has mattress covers on all mattresses. The kitchen has most everything you would ever want or need including full set of dishes, pots, pans, glassware, dinnerware, cookware, coffee maker and much more. Our house is set up as a completely wireless security and alarm system. You can control everything in the house from your alarm com app including the front door locks, garage door, air conditioner, and heater. There will be a nominal extra fee for the use of this service. We are truly looking for a 12+ month rental but would entertain a shorter lease for the right family. You will not find a faster reacting, honest, caring and meticulous set of owners. We are 7 minutes from downtown Flag including supermarket, Walmart, Home Depot, movie theater and lots of restaurants. Only about 30 mins from Snowbowl ski resort. Please know that that the published rental rate is for a 12+ month rental. Rates will be different if not signing a 12 month lease. To initiate a lease, we will need a screen shot of your credit report and income verification. The house is being offered furnished, however we would consider moving some furniture moved out or unfurnishing completely depending on the situation and lease agreement. Owner is a licensed agent and is also the property manager. No smoking allowed anywhere inside or outside of the home. This is a Flagstaff Ranch policy. We are open to furry babies but need to know the type, size, age, etc. Tenant responsible for all utilities Utilities to transfer to name of tenant including waste management (or waste company of your choice), APS, pest control (if you choose to use the service), Unisource (gas), water, and septic (Mutual Waste Water Company), and alarm monitoring if you choose the service. Tenant responsible for house basic landscaping/typically pine needle and leaves clean up. Tree trimming is handled by landlord. Tenant responsible for snow removal Tenant to be provided with a 20% discount on all food and beverage purchases a the restaurant at the clubhouse up to the first $1000 spent at the restaurant (does not include tax, service charges, tips).
