Application process details:
-We require credit and background checks for everyone who will be on the lease.
-We use a service called Experian Connect to do the checks. The cost is $40 per person (nonrefundable). It is a secure and safe system.
-To start the process, we need the names, email addresses, and phone numbers for each person who will be on the lease. I will send you an invite and it will email you instructions on how to proceed from there. You will pay your fee to the screening company directly. We do not keep any amount of the fee, it is just for covering the reporting process.
Rental history references
-We require a minimum of 3 years of rental history, but please provide as much history as you can.
-Please make sure you include the landlord's contact information and the address of the property where you lived.
-Once your application is approved, we then require all deposits, the first month's rent, and a signed lease in order to secure the property for you. It is important that you have funds ready before the application process starts, because we will continue showing the house and accepting applications until the house is secured by fully completing this process.
