The apartment is: three bedroom / two bathroom that is on the second floor of our addition: it has a full kitchen w/ propane gas cook top, wall oven, refrigerator/freezer, and center island seating, also partial enclosed walk-in pantry. The living room has a wall mounted television and bookshelves, there are beamed ceilings with ceiling fans. Both bathrooms have frameless glass showers and are fully tiled. There is a Washer and Dryer in the second bathroom closet. It has central HVAC on its own meter. There are hardwood floors throughout. There is storage in the drop-down walk-in attic and over the breezeway in the third bedroom closet access. Tenants are allotted two parking spaces.
