The acreage has 10.19 acres along with the house and several outbuildings. We built our home in 1983 with 2x6 stud walls and insulated for country living. It is placed between two local lakes. Wildlife roam the acreage with plenty of open areas for raising a family, animals, and a garden. The basement is partially finished with two rooms. Both rooms have walk-in closets. Plumbing is in place to add a full bathroom. The attached garage has a heater, ventilation fan, and a sturdy stairwell. A second garage is located near the house. The acreage can be accessed from both the east and the west on a paved road. There are two outbuildings located close to the house. One of these outbuildings has a heater and an attached kennel. The backyard has an outbuilding without electricity. It makes a nice playhouse or storage shed. The large Quonset is 60x48 is has a concrete floor and electricity. A storage unit located next to the Quonset is rodent and waterproof. Outbuilding 50x36 has two 12ft overhead doors with remotes, electricity, and the floor is gravel. Open shed 40x16 has electricity. Outbuilding by the bins has no electricity, but electricity is available at the bins. Also included are 5 bins with approximately 55,000 bushels of storage. Two are dryer bins. Amenities include rural water, satellite TV, mail delivery, school bus pickup and drop off. There is a 500 gallon propane tank located behind the house. The septic tank has a drainage field with easement in place.

What the owner loves about this home
We love the location with a view of two lakes. We enjoy being in the country and the open space. As avid fishermen the access to nearby lakes is a big plus. We can have our boat in a lake within minutes of leaving home. There are so many options to use the buildings and land. There are raspberry and honeyberry bushes already established. We also have asparagus and rhubarb growing as well. The layout allows for raising a family, animals, and gardening. The surrounding trees give you privacy. It also has a spectacular view of the Northern Lights when they are visible in the area. No driving to find a spot to look at them as they come right to you.
