    Super cute bungalow in great neighborhood. Comfy and clean. Blocks from all the schools, downtown, library, shopping, etc. Big trees, nice lawn, great for small family or anyone wanting a house with unique character. Quiet corner of downtown with owner-occupied houses all around. Before responding, please note that at this time I am not interested in listing with a realtor, nor paying commissions to lead generators / marketers etc. I am looking to make a private person to person sale. I'm open to having the house inspected and / or appraised, but that is your cost not mine. Also, in the past I have gone through the whole process only to have buyer's lending not work, which meant a huge waste of time for everyone.
