Left side is neighbors house. -No smoking allowed (weed or cigarettes) - evidence will incur a $500 minimum fine. Please smoke away from the home away from windows or doors and dispose of cigarette butts properly. -Any visitors must also be listed in the guest count. Minimum fine of $50 per person per night will apply for any undisclosed guests. -Please observe a 9 p.m.- 8 a.m. quiet hour for our neighbors. Noise violations are taken seriously and will have one courtesy warning before removal without repayment for nights unspent. -Our place is not for parties. $500 minimum fine for parties. No refund will be given for nights unspent if we are forced to terminate the reservation due to a party. - Undisclosed pets will incur a minimum $250 fine plus any extra cleaning charges. - No refunds will be given for COVID-19 or weather related cancellations. Please note during hurricane season our area is prone to inclement weather. - $75 per hour charge for not checking out on time. Please communicate if you need more time, if we can accommodate we will not charge a fee. - If our property has a grill, please clean after use to avoid an extra $75 grill cleaning charge. - Ice makers are an extra amenity and no refunds will be given if they are not functioning properly. - Any cleaning or maintenance issues must be addressed to the host. We must be able to attempt to fix the issue before offering refunds.
