Top Portion of the home: There is a door that can LOCK the bottom portion from the top portion of the home. At the top there is an entrance to the front yard, stairs that lead to one bedroom with a queen bed and small tv, a living area with TV, dining area, and the full kitchen and bathroom. Two of the bedrooms and 2 closets are locked and are not for guest use. Because the house is somewhat split, it would really be great if a few friends or colleagues wanted to rent this together. PRICING: $3,220 for 30 days and we can prorate past that date. You are welcome to split this with another nurse/professional (with our approval) which is only $1,610 per person/family. - Fully furnished house but this is not brand new. It is lived in. Most of our tenants and guests are families that have pets and want plenty of space at a good price. The house sits on .4 acres of land and the backyard is fenced in so if you have a pup I'm sure they will love it.
