For security, the house includes outdoor motion lights and cameras as well as a modern security system. There is also a small garage for storage, bikes, and two off street parking spaces. The neighborhood is just four blocks north of Minnehaha Creek and within walking distance of shops, restaurants and three parks. Close to the Grand Rounds bike path and within riding distance of Lake Nokomis and Lake Harriet. Two off-street parking spaces are included, as well as a small garage for storage (bikes, etc!). The downstairs features a basement apartment rented by another tenant, so we are looking for responsible, quiet and kind renters. Essentially, we are seeking people to care for our home and yard with the same respect they would their own. Ideally, we'd love to have you stay long term but will start with a one year lease. For our part, we are super responsive and kind landlords -- we really want you to be happy here and will always strive to ensure that!
