The windows are original and two are sealed tight because they leaked. The best remedy is replacement to have these two functionally open and close. They're basically picture windows now. The overall persona of the place is good. It's ready for one or two peoples residence or a cabin-like escape, where a boat could be left waiting in the crescent shaped driveway.
