This is an ADU apartment above a garage. It has a totally separate entrance from the outside. It is 3 blocks from downtown Jacksonville, easily walk to coffee, shops, the park and access to trails. We live in the main house and do have a giant dog that could be in the driveway/garage area. You walk down the driveway to get to the apartment in back of the house. The apartment is over the garage so noise isn't really an issue. The laundry is in the garage and is just for that unit, we have our own separate laundry in our house. This apartment was just remodeled and is fully furnished! Please let me know if you have any questions! $1550 + $200 monthly flat fee for power, water, trash/recycle and high speed internet. $200 monthly flat fee covers power, water, high-speed internet and trash/recycling. If usage of power and water is in excess an additional fee will be accessed. Lease is month to month with 30 day notice. There is absolutely no smoking/vaping or drugs allowed on this property.
