The villa is pet-friendly with prior approval, allowing up to 2 dogs with a $200 pet fee. The gated community offers resort-style amenities including a pool, gym, and pickleball courts. Parking is limited to 3 vehicles, and trailers, RVs, and box trucks are not permitted. Pets must be house-trained, and guests are expected to clean up after them to avoid additional fees. The spa pool should not be used overnight or for extended periods to prevent equipment damage. Glass slider doors to the patio must be closed to avoid AC issues. No underage drinking or illegal activity is allowed, and noise should be kept to a minimum after 10 PM. Parties and events are not permitted, and any violation of house rules may result in additional fees or loss of security deposit.
