We built this home in 1997 and lived in it for 17 years. We moved down the street and sold it to a second owner, who owned it for 17 years. We bought it for one of our children to move in but those plans changed. We have always loved the two story living room, the mother-in-law apt and the bonus room over the three car garage. It is on a lovely cul-de-sac in Sherwood Hills in north Provo. Such a great neighborhood! This is a perfect family home.
