Find your peace and calm here at The Pavilion at Lihikai, a one-bedroom, one bath home on an acre of land surrounded by more than 600 feet of shoreline on Kaneohe Bay. The Pavilion is the most private place in our gated estate, and it is available for a month, or more, for an extended honeymoon, or a break from the home or city office, or simply a place to rest and recreate yourself or live in quiet comfort for the long or short term. With fishing along the shores, swimming in a private harbor and a deep water channel, and a shallow beach for sunning or wading, and pathways winding under shady hau trees, the ocean is yours. Originally built for luau and parties The Pavilion now features walls of glass in a modern minimalist style. The kitchen has all deluxe appliances and an array of cooking accessories at one end of a forty-foot counter of Carrera marble. The bath is a glass tiled Jacuzzi tub with a view, and includes a Toto bidet toilet so polite that it lifts its lid when you approach. Bedroom is air conditioned for those tropical summer nights. There is a laundry in an alcove for your own personal washer and dryer, New furnishings provided by Honolulu's Inspiration Interiors include Italian leather seating in the living room, a large dining room table, television and internet access, and a California King bed overlooking the large private garden . At your own shore there is a floating dock with views of Mokolii, Tail of the Dragon. Beyond lie the steep green ridges of the Koolau mountain range. Offshore, turtles swim in crystal clear lagoons. The famous Kaneohe Bay sandbar calls you to a long beach that rises and then disappears a few feet below the water with the changing tide. The Pavilion sleeps two at most, and because the estate includes our own private residence, we welcome adults only. Smoking is not allowed on the estate, and no one enters the secure gate without giving notice, and proof of vaccination. We welcome guests who will treasure the peace and privacy we enjoy. All utilities included ( electricity, water, sewer & refuse fees, cable & internet , weekly yard service), No Smoking allowed . Rent plus 4.712% General Excise Tax for State of Hawaii. Minimum 1 month stay . Proof of COVID VACCINATION is required.
