It is a guest unit connected but seperate from main house with private entry and parking area, about 5 miles from downtown Flagstaff. 2 miles down maintained and plowed dirt road. 4 x 4 is required for winter months (snowstorms). One pet is negotiable with additional cost, if it is one very small dog or one cat. There is not a dedicated yard for pets.
