There are two CMU students who live upstairs (female) and will no longer be living there as soon as the Spring semester concludes. If you sign with me ASAP your first months rent will be FREE! This lease starts ASAP and ends July 31. The rent of $485 includes ALL utilities, so no extra bills! If you sign within the next week, your first months rent will be on me!
