    What's special

Tankless hot waterInduction cooktopTwo-sides butler pantryHuge front deckRadiant floor heatingLarge back deckNew stainless appliances
We have updated extensively. New floors installed--carpet and tile. All decks re-painted. We still have the front peaks to install the painted dark brown wood, so the picture I've submitted is the finished look. This is a custom-built home on 2.01 acres of native landscape in Williamson Valley/Prescott, AZ. This 3/2 at 1522 sq ft doesn't have any comparables, since Williamson Valley is a very beautiful, high-end area, and all homes in a 5-10 mile radius are $750K to $1.4 ML. Those homes are larger. We've lived wonderfully in the home, but are downsizing for retirement. The view of Granite Mountain is outstanding! The home has a huge front deck, and large back deck, and the interior is bright, as light flows in the great room from front side and back side. The kitchen is really pretty with black counter tops, white cabinets, nice new stainless appliances, induction cooktop, in a sleek design, and a two-sides butler pantry. The island doesn't have the sink, cooktop, or hood encumbrance; so you have a huge work-space that's great for big parties. The layout is designed so that there are no boxy-cut-up rooms. There are no hallways, so the great room, dining, kitchen and entry are wide open, making the home much more roomy than standard cookie-cutter designs. The bathrooms have vessel sinks and cool faucets. Everyone in the Prescott, AZ area knows that Williamson Valley is the 'place to be'; there are no homes available at this price, except maybe one, out-of-the-way manufactured home, in all of Williamson Valley. The two-acre requirement here allows very quiet living, no close neighbors, and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. It has all house electric, radiant floor heating, solar power (where APS/Arizona Power Supply pays us, as the solar produces way more kilowatts than we use), tankless hot water, a powerful well with soft water installed, reverse osmosis drinking water, and with a septic, it means very low or no utility bills. It doesn't have central heating and cooling. No dust! Mini splits can be added, but the house is 18-20 degrees cooler than outdoors due to more factors such as the roof is blown in insulation--instead of the ceiling! Wow, makes a difference. There is no HOA, just easy living. The Master Bath is beautiful but needs an added, separate shower. We are doing finishing touches, so, the price may go down for an early sale. Note; the house was built in 2021. The draftsman created a cool exterior design with 5 peaks, light taupe brown with dark trim, and a large beam entry. Must come to see it soon. Thanks. What the owner loves about this home
Everything! There isn't anything I don't love about this house. I love that is isn't dark! The floor tiles are light color, not dark, the wall color is a beautiful Gallery Taupe, and the way the house sits on the land has light flowing in from front and back of the home. I love the kitchen! I love the black and white design, induction cooking too. I love the fact that the house is on a stem wall, not a slab. You don't walk on cement. The heat and coldness of the ground is not here...no, no, it is cool in the summer and warm in the winter being built on a stem wall. I love the view more than anything. The view here on two acres of Granite Mountain is wide-scope and you can see it from everywhere in the great room, kitchen, dining and outside, every day. The neighbors all wave at each other but they like their privacy too. The neighbors look out for each other too. It is quiet here, it's a high-end but rural area with lots of pretty homes and properties. I love the fact that our house is not dusty...even in the Arizona desert...because we don't have HVAC blowing dust into the house. We have radiant floor heating, and fans. The roof is insulated, not the ceiling, and the home is 18-20 degrees cooler in the summer than outside. I love the vessel sinks and faucets in the bathrooms too.
