Within walking distance to the Southern Links Trailway - hike, bike, run, cross-country ski, rollerblade, etc. There are no utilities included in the rental fee. I require a pre-screening questionnaire to be filled out before requesting a tour. I may allow pets, but only if I meet the pet(s) and approve. There is a $50.00 fee each month for each pet that is approved.
