This was my home for many years but has recently been rented long term. Tenants just moved out and it is vacant and available to see anytime. The last major renovations were done about 15 years ago so if you're looking for a diamond in the rough this might be perfect. The maintenance fee of $535 includes hot water as well as the other common expenses and reserves for future projects. Property tax for a homeowner is $200 annually.
