This 5 bd/3 ba 2 story home is located in a small suburb of SE Springs; close to pretty much everything!
The back deck has a breathtaking view of the entire Rocky Mountain front range.
Through the front door, there's a guest bedroom & full bath for a bit of added privacy for visitors. Large coat closet & linen closet in the front hallway as well.
Exit the foyer into the amply sized living area w/ gas fireplace. Custom faux painted walls.
Walk out onto the upper deck to view magical sunsets over the mountains while you watch the kids & dogs play in the fully fenced, double gated back yard. The garden area & pond need some TLC, but the foundation is there for the right family to get it going again, or remove them to open up even more of the yard for play. Mature trees in the back provide shade in the summer months. Trees, roses, & a white lilac adorn the front yard.

What the owner loves about this home
Everyone who came inside any of the doors in the six and a half years my family lived in this house... Loved it. The view is incredible. Access to anything and everything?is just a short drive away. The roads are very well maintained, so you don't have to call in to work, or skip in person appearances close by due to inclement weather. The neighborhood is rather quiet for being so large, and we didn't have any issues with theft, noise, or destruction of property (aside from weather, which is to be expected), the whole time we called this house home. The only weather event that had me worried, was the occasional hail storm, but we never experienced any major damage to the home, just our vehicles that remained outside during the storm(s). Good insurance is the best way to ensure that you're never left with damage you can't immediately afford to repair fully.
