The Kitchen floor, tile,partial wall, new window, new steel door, and ceiling fan redone in 2006.The backyard was landscaped and a fire pit was put in 2006.We had a new Armstrong laminate wood ceiling put in our living room in 2005.Also, in 2010 Seda Cog completed a weatherization service on our home and weather stripped doors,insulated water heater,wrapped pipes, CFL's installed,blower door tested, replaced thermostat,cleaned AC and Fridge, and put tyvec in basement.The tub and shower were redone by Rebath in 2005 and the rest of the bathroom by a contractor. In October 2012 we had a front porch remodel with a new railing,partial porch reconstruction, new lighting, new steel door, and beau window.
