This is a tri-level located on a quiet cul-de-sac. Neighborhood Description This is a very quiet nook of a neighborhood within the hustle and bustle of South Everett. The home is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, which means no though-traffic. The other homes in the cul-de-sac are well taken care of and our neighbors are very friendly. Most of our neighbors are 50+, so there are few children running about.
