Set back off of a beautiful street in a refreshingly friendly neighborhood, our house has a large living room on the bottom floor and a kitchen overlooking a family room half a floor up. A playroom and powder room complete the main floor. On the top floor there's a fantastic primary bedroom with vaulted ceilings, king sized bed, view of Redondo, whirlpool tub, and adjoining writer's nook with standing desk. Two other bedrooms, one with bunk beds and the other with a new memory foam queen mattress, share a full bath. We have a beautiful patio with seating for six and separate area for lounging and having coffee or an aperitif. We've also recently added a Platinum hot tub for a luxurious soak at the end of the day! There's a park around the block where our kids used to play everyday when they were little, independent coffee shops and restaurants near by to frequent, and a great middle school and high school just a five minute walk away. It's easy to settle in and enjoy family life here and we are also well connected to the greater Los Angeles area via PCH and the 405. We're also a ten minute walk from Redondo Pier where there are live concerts in the summer and a variety of fun events throughout the year. 6 month lease and then month to month. So sorry -- no pets and no smoking at anytime inside or on property -- owners have severe allergies. All utilities and services included -- renters are expected to take trash and recycling bins to the curb for early morning pick up on Wednesdays.
