Room details
One bedroom available in a 2 BR apartment (my current roommate is relocating). The apartment is clean, reasonably spacious and well-maintained. It's in a four-apartment townhouse in the north end of Concord. The townhouse has its own dedicated parking lot right next to it, with two spaces reserved for each apartment, free of charge. The surrounding neighborhood is nice, quiet and walkable very close to White Park (only an 8-minute walk away).
The apartment has two floors and a basement. Both bedrooms and the bathroom are upstairs, while the living room and the kitchen are downstairs. The kitchen has a fridge (a new one was installed this summer), a microwave, an electric stove and a dishwasher. A washer and dryer are installed in the basement.
The bedrooms have built-in wall closets, but are otherwise unfurnished.
The rent is $950 per person (total $1,900). Our total utility bill for electricity, gas, and Internet averages $200 per month ($100 per roommate). Water is included in the rent, so we don't pay for it.
The ideal roommate is a working single professional who is clean, considerate and respectful. The candidate must be approved by the landlord before we sign a new lease.
Ideally, the move-in would be during the first week of December, but there is some wiggle room.

I'm a 37-year-old male, work full-time as an accountant. In my free time I like hiking and being out in nature. I keep shared spaces clean and I'm considerate of others.
I'm a non-smoker and I don't use drugs. I don't have any pets.
