Nest products and detergents are included. The building has a shared patio that includes a grill, table, and chairs. On-site parking is available next to the building. A workstation is available for rent during your stay, including a 32" monitor, wireless keyboard, and mouse. If you are traveling with a dog, it must be registered at a cost of $59 per dog (two maximum). This apartment is also very close to Freedom Park, Dilworth, Plaza-Midwood, the Atrium Medical Center, the Novant Hospital complex, and less than two miles from Uptown Charlotte. Air conditioning must remain between 72 and 75 degrees in the summer and 68-72 in the winter and on AUTO to help ensure it stays in good working condition during your stay.
