Hilliard Schools! Landlord is looking for a great renter that will take good care of their property and pay monthly rent on time every month. The rent is purposely lower than market rates so the landlord can be picky with the tenant. Tenant requirements: Applicant cannot have any evictions in last 7 years. No major criminal offenses. Applicant(s) must have a steady job (minimum 6 months) and a household income of at least 2x the monthly rent - paystubs required. Long term leases are preferred. Credit score must be descent. Because of high demand, applicant must pay for $55 background check (evictions, criminal, and financial) done through Avail before touring the house. Applicant should message me through Zillow to request the application for the background check. Do not pay for background check if you do not meet the above criteria. No pets. Landlord will be responsible for the exterior of the home, roof, walls, etc. as well as the furnace, A/C, and hot water tank. Tenant is responsible for the interior of the home, including drywall, plumbing, carpet, etc. Kitchen appliances are fairly new and are included. However, if they break, it is up to the tenant to fix or replace themselves. Tenant would be permitted to take any purchased appliances with them after the lease term. Washer/dryer not included (although first floor hookups are available). DO NOT DISTURB CURRENT TENANT. Tenant pays all utilities and maintains the property.
