I am looking for someone responsible to care for this new home, with the potential to live in it for many years. The layout is unique with the living space upstairs which provides unobstructed views of the Midlands and the Collegiate Peaks. Located two blocks from Main Street in one direction and three blocks to South Main in the other direction, you are in the heart of BV. The home itself does not have a garage, yet it does have a "flex room on the first floor" as an extra multi use room. I am willing to discuss getting a shed for the driveway area as well. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and there is a half bath off the living room upstairs. The full washer/dryer is off the flex room on the first floor. The rental contract includes first/last and deposit. No pets are allowed, non-negotiable. Renter pays for electric, water, internet and garbage. Owner pays for sewage, gas and water. One dog can be considered. No cats
