Screening Criteria Overview: Total verifiable household gross income should be at least 2.5x the monthly rent (or 3x the rent for co-signers). A minimum credit score of 640 and no more than three (3) late payments within the past one year, unless tenant provides supplemental evidence that justifies or negates the relevance of potentially negative information revealed through screening. Supplemental evidence may be in the form of personal letters, documents from a community organization, proof of treatment in a substance treatment program, or anything else you believe to be relevant.
