I bought this home to fix and flip but have multiple projects moving at this time. Honestly, don’t need to sell it but if an investor can start on this home and get it back to its glory days faster than I, so be it. ARV is about $200K+ and needs about $80K in rehab. So there is definitely room in this house to make $80K-$100K for a flipper. The biggest repair on this house is the foundation wall repair which is roughly $20K of the $80K needed on this rehab.
