We have an UNFURNISHED guest bedroom upstairs with its own spacious bathroom and a closet in our 3 bed, 3.5 bath townhouse, located in a safe and lovely neighborhood. The room is unfurnished, and there are two other tenants living in the house. Location: 6 minutes from NC State 12 minutes from Downtown Raleigh 2 minutes from Lake Johnson (10-minute walk) The Townhouse: Laundry: Washer and dryer in-unit Kitchen: Equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and refrigerator Common Spaces: Front porch, open-space living room, large kitchen, and back patio Climate Control: Nest thermostat for efficient heating and cooling Rent and Utilities: Rent: internet is covered + up to $250 utilities covered (anything above will be split equally by all tenants living in the house) Security Deposit: One month's rent Application Fee: We use a service called Avail for the credit check. They set their own price, but it usually is a non-refundable fee of around $55. Requirements: Tenants: Clean, considerate, and responsible No Smoking Lease Details: Availability: Move-in ready after September 1st, 2025. There are plenty of parking spots near the house as well. It is the tenants' responsibility to change the air filters (2 of them) at least once every three months. * In general, we expect that each tenant will make an effort to make everyone else in the house feel safe and welcome. That includes things like keeping noise down to reasonable levels, keeping the place clean, not bringing strangers to common areas without giving others a heads up. * Overnight guests are allowed but not for longer than a week. Even then, tenants should give each other reasonable notice that someone other than a tenant will be staying or visiting.
