On demand hot water heater and a wall furnace. Laundromat 2 blocks away Transportation; 7 blocks from Bart 2 blocks from Bus stop. Storage: Rubbermaid shed for storage outside. The rent includes utilities including access to the internet. (most people have added their own wireless box to the existing cable for a strong wireless signal) Available August 1.
