Beautiful treed foothills lot with great views of Lake Beckwith, Holly Dot Golf Course, and the valley below. This is not a treeless, yucca and sage lot-like on the valley floor--you will see a lot of those for sale, but this one has beautiful pines, rock outcroppings, and scrub oak. The zillow map location is not correct-this property is about 1 mile west of the location they have on their map (see my pictures for an exact location). The front half of the properties is grass and meadow, the back half is trees. We have installed and anchored a picnic table and built a fire pit. It is 100s of feet higher than the valley floor for more trees, shrubs, flowers and greenery, and cooler temperatures. The road going to the property is driveable, but I would suggest a 4wd/AWD vehicle--the third to last picture shows the road driving up the property--it's a little rutted and overgrown with grass. The lot size is .3842 acres and taxes are paid and up to date. The taxes next year should only be around $100. There are no HOA fees for this property. Electricity and water would need to be off grid for now (water tank or cistern). While on the property, I have not seen another person--the property is at the very end of the cul-de-sac where Cottonwood Drive ends--nice and quiet! The last picture is at Lake Beckwith (great fishing and kayaking) which is about a 3 minute drive or 12 minute walk from the property.
